A website without hidden surveillance.

• No user account and no registration area.
• No contact form: the contact link opens your own email application.
• No advertising cookie, social tracker or profiling.
• No remote fonts: typefaces are local or supplied by the operating system.

The online shop nomyst.store is a separate website with its own privacy policy, presented on its pages.

Like any web server, the infrastructure may temporarily process the IP address, date, requested URL, response code and user agent to operate and secure the service.

The website is hosted on an OVHcloud VPS operated by MPI.

NoMYST server logs. The echo server does not record IP addresses. Web server logs store only truncated addresses; only security logs keep the full address of rejected connection attempts. No log is kept for more than 30 days. They are used solely for security, incident diagnosis and reliable operation, then removed by automatic rotation.

Scout, Pulse and Mission require no account and contain no ads, trackers or analytics SDKs. Measurements, campaigns and reports stay on the phone; a file leaves it only when you export it yourself to the destination of your choice.

Permissions. Android requires precise location and phone state access to read cell tower information. Scout stores the location of each measurement on the phone, unless you turn off “Geotag points” in its settings, and includes it in its exports; Pulse and Mission store no geographic coordinates. None of the three apps transmits location.

NoMYST Scout. Scout reads the phone’s radio indicators and, when a NoMYST module is plugged in, the module’s. For measurement traceability, exports identify the module used by the last 4 digits of its IMEI.

NoMYST Pulse. Pulse processes measurements on the device and creates no account. Technical packets needed to test a link contain no user personal content.

NoMYST Mission. Mission stores campaigns only on the phone, in the app’s private storage. Link tests exchange measurement packets containing no personal content with test servers, including NoMYST’s own.

When a NoMYST module is plugged in and you have allowed USB access, the app checks the license attached to the module with MPI’s license server, hosted in France. It sends only: the module’s IMEI; an irreversible SHA-256 fingerprint of an identifier specific to the app on your phone (the identifier itself is never transmitted); and the app’s name and version. No name, phone number, SIM card number or location is sent.

Purpose: to verify the rights attached to the module and prevent fraudulent use. The exchange is encrypted (HTTPS). During the launch period, this check takes place even when full access is offered.

Retention: for the duration of the license, then 12 months after it ends, before deletion.

The apps read a public file on nomyst.com that indicates, among other things, whether the launch period is in progress. No data is sent: the server receives only the technical information of any web connection, handled as described in “Technical logs.”

Apps concerned: NoMYST Scout, NoMYST Pulse and NoMYST Mission, published by MEDIA PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL.

• Data stored on the phone: delete it from the app, or uninstall the app.
• License data (module IMEI and device fingerprint): email contact@nomyst.com with the subject “Data deletion,” stating the app and the last 4 digits of the module’s IMEI, shown on the License screen. Deletion is completed within 30 days; the license attached to the module will then need to be reactivated.
• No other data is kept; technical logs are deleted automatically within 30 days.

Voluntary transfer of a report to the expertise service will receive a dedicated notice before activation: purpose, transmitted data, retention, security, possible processors and user rights. This public website does not activate that function.
